- Strategic and Life-of-Mine planning studies and peer reviews of existing studies.
- Lead all stages of feasibility studies for new mine developments and mine expansions. Independent reviews of viability studies.
- Competent / Qualified Person (CP) reports and sign-off of Mineral Reserves. Securities/stock exchange control compliant.
- Due diligent studies for smaller operations.
Operational productivity improvements
- Identify improvement opportunities, guide and assist implementation thereof to deliver step-change improvements in a mining operation’s productivity and efficiency.
- Evaluation of the functionality and efficiency of the measurement systems and controls in place at a mining operation – and advice on improvements if necessary.
